💧 Water meter replacement and installation in Riga and the Riga region - we get in touch within 5 min of your form

How to get in touch with us

Getting in touch starts with the request form on this website. Fill it in and we will call the phone number you provide — usually within 5 minutes.

We do not publish a phone number on the website, because we are the ones who call. That means every request arrives in one place and nothing gets lost — and that you are not left waiting on hold while we are out at another property.

So that the call can be as specific as possible, please state the type of property, the number of meters and what you need. If there is something you do not know, choose “Not sure — I need advice”.

For property managers

For properties with several meters, describe the site — we will prepare a quote after a survey.

How to fill in the form so the answer is specific

The more we know from the request itself, the more specific our first reply can be. None of this is compulsory, but each point saves one round of back-and-forth.

Type of property. Apartment, private house or commercial property — technically these are different situations. In a private house the meter may be in the basement or in a well outside, which changes the nature of the work.

Number of meters. If you do not know exactly, give an approximate figure. An apartment usually has two — one for cold water and one for hot.

What exactly you need. If you know — replacement, installation or verification. If you do not, choose the advice option; that is a perfectly normal request.

Any additional circumstances. For example: the meter is hard to reach, the shut-off valve does not work, you have received a notice from your property manager, or your building has specific requirements.

Filling in a request form on a phone
A request through the form is the quickest way to reach us — we call the number you give within 5 minutes.

What happens after you send a request

Your request comes through to us and we call the phone number you provided — usually within 5 minutes. If there is enough information, we can give you a specific price on the call. If something is unclear, we will ask — usually one or two clarifying questions are enough.

We agree on a time on the same call. As this is not emergency work, we plan the timing around what is convenient for you rather than around whenever we happen to be free. We will confirm what we agreed in writing afterwards if you would like that.

Submitting a request and receiving a quote is free and places you under no obligation. If the quote does not suit you, you can simply not proceed — nothing is lost.

Why we start with the form

We deliberately start with a request through the form and then call you ourselves. There are two practical reasons for this.

First, no request gets lost. An incoming call that arrives while someone is at work under a sink often goes unanswered. A request in the form stays on the list until it has been dealt with, and we call you back.

Second, you get your answer in writing. What we agreed — the scope, the price, the time — is in an email rather than in someone's memory of a conversation. If a question comes up later, there is something to refer back to.

The drawback is that the answer is not instant. If you have a situation where water is running and something needs doing immediately, start by shutting off the water and contact your building manager's emergency service — we are not an emergency service.

What to do if the situation is urgent

We are not an emergency service and we do not work on a call-out basis. If water is running and the situation needs immediate action, the right order of steps is different.

First, shut off the water supply — in an apartment this is usually the valve at the riser, next to the meters. If it does not work or cannot be reached, the water has to be shut off at the riser, and your building manager's emergency service can do that.

Once the situation is stable, you can send us a request to have the meter replaced or put right. Describe what happened — it helps us understand whether it is only the meter that is damaged, or the valve and connections as well.

Requests from property managers and companies

If the request comes from a property manager, a building management company or a business, select the matching property type in the form and mention it in the additional information field — it changes how we prepare our quote. For properties with several metering points, the price and the schedule are worked out on a different logic than for a single apartment.

It helps to state the number of apartments or metering points, the building's address or at least the district, and whether the age of the existing meters is known. If you are planning the work for a particular period, mention that too.

For properties like these we usually propose a survey before preparing a quote. You can read more about how we run whole-building projects in the for property managers section.

About your data

We use the information you give in the form to answer your request and, if we come to an agreement, to carry out the work. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing mailings. More detail in our privacy policy.

Common questions before sending a request

Do I need to know the exact meter model? No. It is enough to know roughly how many there are and where they are. We establish the model and technical specifications ourselves.

Can I send a request on the owner's behalf? You can submit a request, but agreeing the work and signing the documents is usually down to the owner. If you are a tenant or a family member, note that in the form — we will adapt the process.

Do I need to prepare anything in advance? It helps to clear access to the meter and to know where the water shut-off valve is. More about getting ready in the FAQ section.

How long does a reply take? We aim to reply as quickly as possible. If nothing has arrived, it is worth checking your spam folder — automated replies end up there fairly often.

If the request will not send

In rare cases, browser extensions, ad blockers or an unstable connection can prevent the form from being sent. If no confirmation message appears after you submit it, try again using a different browser or device.

Please also check that all the fields marked with an asterisk are filled in and that the phone number is entered correctly — a mistyped number is the most common reason we cannot reach you.
